The Saskatchewan Arts Board is pleased to announce a new two-day master class for Canadian publishers and editors working with Indigenous authors and their manuscripts.
This year's AGM will take place at the Yukon Beringia Interpretive Centre in Whitehorse on Tuesday, June 16th, starting at 6pm. Please note that only members in good standing are eligible to vote. Memberships can be renewed at the door, prior to the AGM. Your Support is integral to YHMA's continued efforts to inspire and share a passion for Yukon heritage.

Examine how curators and content creators are connecting with today’s visitors using socially engaged art practices and innovative programming. Amid shifts in education, marketing and visitor services, understand how museums are adopting new practices and programs to engage audiences as they reconsider their roles in the community and the roles of their visitors.
This online workshop focuses on questions around UNESCO’s recognition of Intangible Cultural Heritage; its identification, protection and sustainability; the role of the associated community; and, the connection of intangible heritage to tangible heritage – place and object. Participants will identify issues and critique intangible heritage practices from around the world. Live, real-time sessions combine theoretical discussion with practical examples.
