We will be giving an overview of YHMA’s activities over the past year and what’s in store for the coming year, sharing our updated strategic plan, presenting our reviewed 2022-23 financial statements, appointing an accountant, and electing our 2023-24 Board of Directors.
All are welcome! If you plan to attend in person, an RSVP is appreciated, but not required. To attend via Zoom, please register here.
Only members in good standing are eligible to vote and stand for election, including designated representatives of Institutional and Corporate Affiliate members. Please note that Directors must meet the qualifications laid out in the Societies Act, sections 46-48, and candidates will be required to declare their qualification prior to election.
